Snoop, A Messenger

Privacy Policy

A&H NexusWorks ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Snoop, A Messenger mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. Account authentication is handled by Clerk, Inc. We do not store your raw password.

Subscription and Payment Information

Subscription purchases made on our website are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. Stripe provides us with a subscription status (plan tier) and subscription ID so we can unlock the appropriate content in the app.

Usage Data

We collect limited usage data to operate the Service, including:

AI Chat Input

When you use the "Ask Snoop" feature, your messages are transmitted to Anthropic, Inc. (Claude AI) for processing. Please do not share sensitive personal information in AI chat messages. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how your input is handled on their infrastructure.

Text-to-Speech Audio

Lesson text and Paleo-Hebrew pronunciations are sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech to generate audio. This text is not stored by us beyond the duration of the API call. Google's privacy policy governs how that data is handled.

Device and Technical Data

We may collect standard technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for the purpose of diagnosing crashes and improving compatibility. We do not collect precise GPS location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account and content data are stored on a secured Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 server located in the United States. Data is stored in an SQLite database that is not publicly accessible. We use hashed session tokens, prepared SQL statements, and enforced CORS policies to protect your data. Sensitive paths (database files, configuration files) are blocked from public access at the web server level.

While we take reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates the following third-party providers:
