It does not constitute authoritative religious ruling, legal counsel, or a substitute for personal Scripture study and community discernment. Users are responsible for verifying all information against primary sources.
You agree not to: use the Plugin for unlawful purposes; attempt to override its covenant language governance or content standards; present Plugin outputs as official religious authority; resell Plugin outputs; or violate OpenAI's Usage Policies.
These Terms are between you and Andre Henry only, not OpenAI. OpenAI is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for Plugin content, and has no support obligation under these Terms. OpenAI and its subsidiaries are not third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
Using this Plugin creates no account, billing relationship, or subscription with Andre Henry.
The skill instructions and covenant language policy embedded in the Plugin are authored by Andre Henry. Responses generated by the Plugin are AI-generated outputs and are not owned by Andre Henry. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use Plugin outputs for your own lawful purposes. Redistribution at scale or use in competing products is not permitted.
The Plugin maintains a covenant language policy and will decline to produce content using Hellenistic or Greco-Roman theological terminology as its teaching voice. Users who require that framing should use a different resource.
The Snoop, A Messenger platform (snoop-amessenger.com) is a completely separate product with its own terms and subscription agreements. Use of the Plugin does not create a platform account or subscription, and no data is shared between the Plugin and the platform.
The Plugin is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranty of accuracy is made. All Scripture references and covenant-language content should be verified against primary source texts.
Andre Henry is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Plugin outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law or your statutory consumer rights.
